No exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the order is placed. In the event that the ordered product is ‘Out of Stock’, ‘Unable to Ship’, or ‘Unable to Deliver’, the amount paid will be refunded within seven working days from the date the issue is identified.

Payment and Billing

f) If issues are not reported within five days, you waive the right to dispute them. Claims not under our control will not be entertained.
g) For products dead on arrival, replacements may be provided if informed within 24 hours of delivery, subject to manufacturer policies. Claims related to physical damage caused by handling will not be entertained.

Termination
